Mi40x Does the Cell Expansion Protocol Work.

It’s once again time for a review for you guys! This time Ben Pakulski’s Mi40X that got into my crosshair. This electronic workout program has been out on the market for a while carrying name Mi40 before and currently Mi40X.
I didn’t found any review online that would say something negative on this program so I guess that makes me the first one.
I sincerely hope that you’ll read this review first before purchasing Ben’s program.
I have to say that after reading through all the materials, I’m not impressed. Infact the video presentation of the product already made me cringe due to gimmicky marketing and really absurd promises of muscle growth & fat loss.
So it’s fair to say that I do not like this program. Especially when it’s the most expensive one out of all the programs I’ve done reviews on this site.
Now let’s get into it and figure out if the program is worth of your money or not!

What Is The Mi40X Workout Program?

The Mi40X program is a complete workout program consisting of information on diet, weight training and recovery all with the emphasize on building muscle & losing fat.

The name of the program comes from Mass Intelligence, the number 40 refers to 40 days that is the length of “one cycle” of the program, length of sets which is 4 minutes and rest intervals betweens sets and the X stands for Extreme. The total length of the program is 18 weeks from start to finish.
The actual content of the program is as follows:
  • 7-Day Primer & Detox – Going through the mindset you should have before starting the program etc.
  • C.E.P. Blueprint – Revealing the application & logic how to execute the training methods of Ben
  • Exercise Database – Instructions on how to perform the exercises used in the program
  • Nutrition Guide – How & what to eat to build muscle
  • Supplement Guide – What supplements to take, how much and when
  • Workout Programs – 3 different weight training regimens for beginners, intermediates & advanced
  • Calorie Intake Calculators – Figuring out your calorie maintenance & adjusting it
  • Training Videos – How to execute Ben’s “cutting edge” unique training methods
  • The Science Of C.E.P. – Going into detail about research that supports Ben’s methods
So there is decent amount of content in the whole program, but I’m sorry to say that it’s really not the best way to about training if you’re a natural non-enhanced lifter.

The whole training philosophy of Ben is really ineffective. The stretching of the muscles, time under tension stuff with super sets, complicated workout regimens with weird splits such as back & triceps, exercise order also complicated.

All these factors are just a marketing hype and gimmicks to sell his product to you. It’s the classic scheme of BS marketing. Throw in a guy that has gotten big by using really heavy doses of steroids telling you these crazy secrets that he is invented that will yield as much as muscle as you want in a short period of time.

Let me tell you, there is no damn secret of building muscle! It’s done through months and years of hard training with right diet, effective weight training regimen and adequate recovery.
All these training techniques that Ben praises are diverting you from making the real gains you could make. By using Ben’s techniques you’re just taking your concentration from the facts that you really should be doing when training.
You should do compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, pull-ups, rows, overhead presses with heavy weight and with proper technique and aim for progressive overload over time, adding more reps or more weight to the bar. That along with good diet and rest is “THE SECRET” that will build you the most amount muscle humanly possible.

Conclusion

When it all comes down to it, Ben Pakulskis Mi40X program is not for you if you’re a beginner or intermediate lifter.
If you’re advanced lifter you might get another little trick to gain new training stimulus.
The bottom line is that the whole program is way over complicated & over hyped. It has taken one little training technique and made that to being a big secret that will explode your muscles into insane growth. And this is only a huge marketing gimmick and a pile of rubbish.
As a beginner lifter you do not have to pay attention to this kind of special techniques that Ben promotes in the program, instead you have to make simple routines that will get you whole body stronger and muscular by putting the emphasize on the very basics of weight training, not these over complicated special techniques.
After 5 years of consistent training you might find these kind of special bodybuilding tricks useful what Ben teaches!
To be honest I’ve reviewed quite many programs now and this is the worst of them all to date.
But anyway if you feel that Mi40X is the way to go, by all means go for it!
